Step 1: Design
Work with a Sales Rep to create a design unique to your business (set-up fee may apply), or use your existing design. Depending on the size of the job, we may require a down payment before production can begin.
Step 2: Choose Material and Colors
Choose either reflective or non-reflective material for your design. Select your colors from our broad selection. If you need recommendations for a specific situation, we will be glad to assist you.

Step 3: Gather all Necessary Files
Send us any Artwork, that you want included (must be vector, or a high resolution raster image to avoid additional set up fees). We can reproduce your company's logo for a one time setup fee to be determined by the amount of time needed. It is your responsibility to supply any and all artwork and or images to be used in the design. If you are unable to supply the artwork and or images we can do a search and if needed, purchase artwork and images for you at an additional cost.

Applications used: Adobe Creative Suites -Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. All vector art files must be saved as EPS or AI. Convert all text to outlines. All rasterized images should be saved as JPEGs, TIFFs or EPS and have a DPI of at least 85 when at actual size. Word processing documents such as PowerPoint, Word Perfect, Word etc. CANNOT be used

To ensure proper sizing of graphics we require one of the following.

Photos with precise measurements, wheelbase (center of hub to center of hub) and from the bottom of the wheel to the tallest point (straight on shots only. No angled shots).

AI or eps file* (vector art / Illustrator)

CAD drawing*.

(*All formats must Include views of the front, side and rear of entire vehicle. For trucks and speciality vehicles the location of doors, handles, lights and drip rails must be indicated).

Step 4: Call Us
For the best service, please place your order by phone. Our knowledgeable Sales Reps will walk you through the entire ordering process and answer any questions you may have.

Additional Information

Proofs:
We will produce one 8.5” x 11” color proof that shows your design on the vehicle or surface of your choice. Each proof is allowed 3 revisions. (additional revisions will incur additional costs). Once approved you will need to sign and fax back the proof before production can begin. Proofs are e-mailed within one week of ordering.

NOTE: A fee of $85 will be applied to all proofs. Once an order is placed, the fees may be waived.

Authorization: Please obtain any necessary purchase orders or authorizations prior to ordering.

Terms, Delivery and Shipping:
Once the proof is approved, orders are shipped within 7 to 10 working days. For large quantity orders additional time may be needed. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested (additional shipping fee may apply). All Invoices are net 15 days. Credit cards accepted Visa and Mastercard.
